These Editable Student and Teacher Log In Information Sheets will help you and your students keep up with all of the log in information for the various websites and apps used within your classroom. There are two types of sheets - one for teachers and one for students. The student sheets can be filled out and added to student in class or take home folders. The teacher sheets can be filled out and added to your teacher binder.
