Stuttering Reflection Form
Share

Description

This form can be completed immediately following a therapy session concerning stuttering. In the table, the student/individual and the therapist, can tally every time they hear a moment of disfluency (aka stutter). This will help therapists understand when their student hears their disfluent periods and when it would be appropriate to move forward with techniques and strategies. As we all know, there is no sense in teaching techniques if the student cannot identify their disfluent moments. This form can also be used to help track data and progress throughout the student's sessions.
