This sheet has been a life saver. You can put all your emergency information, teacher contacts, schedule, class helpers, students that might have discipline problems, allergies, nurse information, and extra grids for your very important information.
I find this really helpful to have handy. You never know when you might be called out for a meeting or emergency. With this one sheet, you can laminate it and write in different kids with a sharpie marker (and erase with expo cleaner).
It is a great addition to your regular lesson plans without having to re-write extra details in your lessons when you plan to be out.
