I know! I know! Sometimes, it just seems easier to suck it up and just go in! Creating sub plans for the day and worrying about how your class is going to be for a sub can be stressful. However, with this Substitute Reflection Form, you can have a little bit of peace of mind. This gives your substitute a place to jot down notes throughout the day, so that when you come back you have an idea of how the day went! Print this out and provide it with your sub plans for the day! When printing - select scale and scale the page to printable area/ fit to paper.
