This lesson introduces students to subtracting with positive and negative rational numbers: decimals, percents, and fractions (including both mixed and improper) through objective and goal setting as well as notes, then guides them through practice, and ends with an independent practice. In total, students will have practice with 20 problems where they are subtracting with rational numbers. I have the Texas Version of this lesson as well.
