- Independent centers or early-finisher work

HIGHLIGHTS:
✔ Students learn facts through number families and missing-addend thinking, not rote memorization
✔ Easy to use daily — 4–5 minute practice page per day or a 1-minute test per day
✔ Track mastery with student-friendly progress tools
✔ Works in classrooms, small groups, and homework
✔ Reinforces connections between subtraction and related addition facts
✔ Supports flexible pacing and intervention
Why the Levels Look Different
Traditional subtraction fluency programs often move through facts in numerical order, which can overload students, slow fluency development, and prevent connections between facts.
This program organizes facts into intentional levels based on number families and related addition facts. Grouping facts by relationships helps students:
- Recognize connections between facts
- Reduce cognitive load
- Build automaticity more efficiently
- Develop confidence through mastery of related facts
Students progress based on mastery, not memorization in numerical order.
