As a summer school librarian at a library not at my home school, I get very anxious about learning student names, getting them right, and trying to make a connection in such a brief period of time. I also want to make sure I am prepared for any drills or medical emergencies.

Of course, I receive a class list for each class I see, but I like to record a bit more information.

This fully editable (except for the border) Powerpoint file is what I am using to help me with my PreK-5 grade weekly summer school classes.

I have "pre-loaded" a sample student to show you how I would fill in the fields. Just remove my example, create any headings that are most helpful to you, and type or write on a printout of this roster (export as a .pdf if you want to be sure to preserve formatting).
