These cards are a great way to get the students moving to help increase MVPA in PE as a warm-up, fitness time or improve their skills! Your students will have fun while training like superheroes! What are you waiting for order your copy now! Each card contains 1 exercise, 1 locomotor skill, and 1 physical skill. Students will complete one task card and then turn it back in to receive a new one!
On each card are QR codes which link to an animated gif demonstrating how to perform the skills listed on the card, great for those visual learners! There are 128 cards for you to use. If you don't have the equipment, just remove the cards from the pile!
