Description
I print these cards out 6 slides to 1 page, front and back. Then, I have the students cut the cards into 6 and staple together in order of increasing atomic mass. The students answer the questions on the back of each element card and once they are finished answering the questions, I have the students draw an atom on the front of the element card. This is because they have figured out how many protons, neutrons, and electrons are in each atom/element. This assignment covers 6th grade TEKS and 8.5ABC.
