Used as a formative assessment tool, either the teacher or another group of students can use this form to structure the feedback to a group rehearsing a tableau performance. It breaks down the elements of tableaux and gives a rating system so the rehearsing group can easily identify what they need to work on before the performance. There is room for comments as well.
