Description

This file contains a Task-Oriented interview process, an invitation letter, and permission slip for selecting your ASB/Student Council students. The scoring is completed by your current 8th grade students. Each task is worth 10 points and they are given a score between 1-10. Each 8th grade student is assigned a specific area in which they will be evaluating candidates. You just need to provide them with a spread sheet with all student names to score with. At the conclusion of the interviews, each candidate turns in their Task-Oriented sheet to the Leadership Club advisor of the club they are applying for. They give a 60 second speech based on the question the advisor asks. All scores are tabulated and the selection process is completed. In the letter, the students are asked to dress-up (10 points), make their own unique name tag (10 points), bring a signed permission slip (10 points) and a small picture of themselves (10 points). Please refer to our instagram page for pictures of the process @asbmiddleschoolmadness. You can also email us directly for more information at asbmiddleschoolmadness@gmail.com.
