This assessment is aligned with the My Teaching Strategies objectives and rubrics. I use colored counters for object counting and pattern sections. I use a large foam die for quantifying 1-6 (you can add higher numbers with two dice). I also use a seperate sheet with numbers 1-20 (using the assessment to record data only). This assessment makes documentation quick and easy for beginning of the year baselines! Simply take a picture of the completed assessment, click objectives, and use the assessment as a quick reference of which level to choose.
