Description
Code.org's lessons are meant for 45 minutes periods. The class periods in my school are 56 minutes. I fill the last few minutes of each class with "Tech Current Events". This activity has proven to be very successful in my classes because the students have made the connection between the course work in AP CSP and real life. My students and I look forward to tech current events.
Students complete one Tech Current Event per marking quarter. The sign up using a Google Doc.
