25 color, trace and write worksheets with different digital devices! This technology colouring in activity was designed to familiarise kindergarten and pre-primary students with common pieces of technology and practice their writing and letter formation. Each page features a different type of technology and provides students the opportunity to trace and write the name of the device on a dotted third guide. These pages are a great fast-finisher activity or make a beautiful shared classroom display!

SET 1 Devices included:

Desktop Computer, Monitor, CPU / Central Processing Unit, Keyboard, Mouse, Laptop, Printer, Wi-Fi Modem, Scanner, Game Controller, Game Console, Xbox, CD, USB Stick, Handheld Game / Nintendo DS, iPad / Tablet x2 versions, iPhone / Smart Phone, Headphones x3 versions, Stylus, Floppy Disk, USB Cord, Computer File (Symbol), Email (Symbol), Computer Cursors (Symbols), Wi-Fi Signal (Symbol)

Resource Versions:

  • Version 1 - Trace, Write, Write: Students are required to trace the word on dotted thirds, write the word independently on dotted thirds and then write the word on a straight line.
  • Version 2 - Trace & Write: Students are required to trace the word on dotted thirds and then write the word independently on dotted thirds.
  • Alternate Names: each version includes multiple alternate names for some digital systems (e.g. CPU/Computer Processing Unit, iPad/Tablet, iPhone/Smart Phone, etc.) so you can pick and choose the pages and terms that suit your students best.

It is a great resource to have for early finishers and for days where the computers do not want to work properly and you need some offline work. It kept students busy and allowed them to learn the different names for the items they have encountered in technology class.
