Looking for fun and engaging math craft activities for the months of December and January, or for your Winter and Christmas Celebrations? This Polar Bear Cocoa Mug Craftivity is just what you are looking for!

Students will choose the hot chocolate mug of their choice (Polar bear buddies or polar bear with snowman) then color and cut it out. They will solve the time (options for hour/half hour as well as time to the nearest 5 minutes included) on the marshmallows (10 problems per student on a half sheet of paper per student), then glue the marshmallows onto the mug. Simple, cute, no prep, hot chocolate math craft that would make an adorable bulletin board display! This resource would make an excellent Fun Friday activity, fast finisher activity, math center, sub plans, or simple review of telling time!!
