Ten-frames help students practice subitizing, understand the basics of the number system, and understand how ten is composed (6 and 4, 7 and 3, etc.) This game also helps students practice comparing numbers.

This game includes two copies of each ten-frame from 0-20 (42 cards all together.)

The cards can also be used for:

Sums of 10 Concentration
Subitizing Flash Cards
Ten Frame Go Fish

The student cards are created in black and white to save ink. To create varied decks within the classroom, simply copy on various colors of card stock.
