"I used this for GMAS prep with 7th grade students. It was a fun way to review, and students enjoyed the competitive component. Easy to use. "

Description

Test Your Luck is a simple activity to encourage engagement when practicing problems or reviewing for upcoming tests or quizzes independently or in pairs.

The concept is simple; for each question answered correctly, students may come up and put their initials on one of the numbers. This can be fast paced or slow paced, depending on your preference and your group dynamic.

At the end of class, the teacher will spin a spinner (or ask Siri to pick a number) between 1 and the number chosen.

If the student's number is chosen, they win!

This activity includes 6 slides:

  • Slide 1: Directions
  • Slide 2: 1-100
  • Slide 3: 1-50
  • Slide 4: 1-30
  • Slide 5: 1-20
  • Slide 6: 1 - 10
