This was a great resource to use as a first year SLP while I was starting out with writing evaluation reports!
This resource was very useful and provided the information I needed.
There was very little information offered in this report template, I regret buying this.
I've used this template to write a report in a time crunch and it was EXTREMELY helpful. Very descriptive and does a great job at describing what the subtests measure.
