This resource was exactly what I needed! It was easy to use, well-organized, and kept my students engaged from start to finish. The directions were clear, and it required little to no prep on my end, which is always a win. I was able to use it right away, and my students responded really well. I’ll definitely be using this again and checking out more resources from this seller!

This "Text Dependent Writing Prompts RACE Strategy Practice Inferential Questions" resource is a game-changer for teaching students to write effective constructed responses. The passages are well-chosen for prompting inferential thinking, and the clear breakdown of the RACE strategy (Restate, Answer, Cite, Explain) provides an excellent scaffold for all learners. My students' ability to cite text evidence and explain their reasoning has significantly improved since incorporating this into my lessons!
