Use these text feature puzzles and task cards to introduce or review nonfiction text features. The set includes 14 text feature puzzle cards and three sets of text feature task cards. Each set of task cards includes 15 task cards. In set 1, students identify a text feature (no word bank or multiple choice). In set 2, students answer a multiple-choice question about a given text feature. In set 3 students answer two open-response questions per task card about a given text feature. All of the task cards include recording sheets and answer keys.
