I absolutely love when my students roll their eyes at me, because my jokes are so cheesy. And this activity will do the trick!! This is a five-page "Thanksgiving Element Riddles (Decoder Activity)" includes:
- Five different decoding activities where students will use the periodic table to answer questions to help them answer a riddle. Be warned, the jokes are suuuper cheesy!
- Students will be asked to use element squares to identify an element based on their # of protons, # of electrons, # of neutrons, atomic number, and atomic mass.
