- Thanksgiving Dinner Cost Comparison: Your students will look at the cost of items needed for dinner from the previous two years and calculate the percent of change. Then they will answer reflection questions based on their calculations.
- Thanksgiving Dinner Cost Last Year Vs. This Year: In this activity, your students will use local grocery store ads (paper or online) to find the cost of items commonly used for Thanksgiving dinner. They will then compare to last year's costs as well as answer reflection questions.
- Thanksgiving Dinner Through the Years: In this activity, students will look for data from the past 10 years. They will analyze and reflect on their data.
- Thanksgiving Dinner Word Problems: Students will solve different problems related to Thanksgiving dinner.
- Thanksgiving Recipe Increase or Decrease: Students will be given recipes to either double or divide in half. They will calculate the correct amount of ingredients needed.
