Description
Your middle school students will actually love fraction and decimal word problems when they solve to fill their Thanksgiving plates. Solve word problems that center around preparing the Thanksgiving feast through either a self-checking Google Forms activity or a no-prep printable version.
This activity resource includes:
- A PDF download with teacher instructions and answer key
- 2 printable worksheet pages
- A Google Forms self-checking digital version
In the activity there are a total of 14 story problems that build on each other. The student must answer correctly to move on to the next question. As they answer, traditional Thanksgiving treats are added to their virtual plate until they have turkey, mashed potatoes, veggies, and pumpkin pie!
