Description
Use these fantastic maths code-breaking puzzles with your class to help them practice their multiplication recall in an engaging way. Rather than typical maths worksheets, this activity includes a number of fun GIF illustrations your children will use to break the code and work out the sums. During this activity students will increase their math fluency of multiplication as well as developing their abilities and strategies to make connections, patterns and relations between numbers. This activity could be assigned for individual work, for early/fast finishers or as an activity to complete when a student is waiting for a meeting to start.
Click on the link below to see the presentation (I have included this so you can see the interactive element of the puzzles, when you assign them to your students, you need to share in edit mode.) If you are unsure of how to assign it to your students please message me and I will send you instructions and screen shots to explain how to assign it.
