This is a 1-1/2 page coloring foldable over the Cube Root Function. Just print off the two pages front to back, fold in half, complete the notes, personalize with colored pencils or markers and then glue into interactive notebook.

On the front, the student records what it means to cube root something. Then they fill in a table of values to graph the cube root parent function. Next they record the domain and range and the symmetry of the function. On the inside of the foldable, 4 examples follow where the student graphs 4 transformed cube root functions. They can create a table of values and/or use transformations to graph each function. Then they record the domain & range for each.

Also included is a 1-1/2 page practice page with 13 questions. On the front, the student is given 9 transformed cube root functions to be graphed. The student is also asked to list the transformations. On the back, the student is given a graph of a transformed cube root function and asked to list the transformations and write the equation. Also, 3 more questions follow where the student is given a verbal description of a transformed cube root function and is asked to write the equation.
