Description

Video lesson that is embedded into a Google Form. Students watch part of a lesson and then answer a question. If the students get the question correct they move onto the next part of the video lesson and answer a question. If they do not get the first question correct, they will be sent to a tutorial video to watch before moving onto part two. This is great for virtual teaching and formative assessments. This lesson can be used as a stand alone, but it was created to accompany my complete foldable lesson that you can find HERE.

The video lesson also includes a stand alone video if you do not wish to use the embedded Google Form lesson.

What's Included:

  • Google Form "Quiz" with embedded videos
  • Video of complete lesson
