A great way to begin or end a unit of work on visual texts, picture books or storytelling. Well suited to a Year 6, 7 or 8 English class, takes 2 - 3 lessons to complete, depending on how long you wish for your students to spend analysing the text, creating their own lost thing and writing a short back story for it. Students love the opportunity to design and share their own "Lost Thing" creations.
