This "Wild West" themed PowerPoint Game introduces and reviews the concept of rounding to the nearest ten and hundred with two and three-digit numbers. It includes the following components:

• Introduction - Rounding to the nearest ten with two-digit numbers
• Examples - Rounding to the nearest ten with two-digit numbers
• Introduction - Rounding to the nearest ten with three-digit numbers
• Examples - Rounding to the nearest ten with three-digit numbers
• 12 practice problems with rounding to the nearest ten (2/3 digit numbers)
• Introduction - Rounding to the nearest hundred
• Examples - Rounding to the nearest hundred
• 13 practice problems with rounding to the nearest hundred (3-digit numbers)
• Lightning Round - Sixteen numbers will flash on the screen and the students will be asked if they need to round up or down.

These activities can be used as an independent center, team game, or whole group with the students answering the questions on their own and then checking them together as a class. Students can answer the questions on dry erase boards, paper, journals, etc. The answers follow all of the questions, so the students get instant feedback.
