Description
Why spend hours creating content and slides deck? This PowerPoint presentation is ready to go - today. The slide deck introduces students to the Solar System.
- This presentation is structured to answer the following questions:
- What is the Solar System? What's found in the Solar System?
- What are the planets? What are some characteristics of each?
- What are moons?
- What are asteroids?
- What are comets?
- What are meteoroids?
- I think this is best taught over the course of three-four days.
- Every object (each planet, moons, asteroids, etc.) has links to relevant, great quality videos that reinforce the key concepts. Slides contain high-quality images, as well.
- There are Cornell guided notes available that accompany this product available in a bundle. The guided notes are fill-in-the-blank.
- This was designed for 7-8th grade, but I think it can appropriately be used in 4th through 11th depending on your standards and students.
- If interested, you can also purchase this slideshow in Google Slides or Flipchart format.
I hope you find this helpful, and that it saves you time as you prepare to teach these concepts.
