Description

Three is a Trio Activity is a file folder game perfect for math centers, small group work, and remediation. The different games target listening and following directions, counting, one-to-one correspondence, matching, and sorting skills. Three is a Treo contains the following learning games:

Game 1: Build the number 3 out of playdoh. Children can use playdoh to shape the number. They can drive matchbox cars around the number. Children can use dry erase markers to trace the number.

Game 2: Build the number 3 out of pattern blocks. Pattern block templates are provided in the Three is a Trio Activity Pack.

Game 3: Sort the number 3 by color.

Game 4: Practice writing the number 3 with a dry erase marker.

Game 5: Number 3 puzzles. After laminating, cut along the black lines to make the puzzles and store in a ziploc bag.

Game 6: Number 3 Work Mats are a tool in which to visually represent the number 3 by its name, how it looks, ten frames, and concrete objects.

Game 7: Find and circle the number 3. Children use a dry erase marker and circle all of the number 3’s.

Game 8: Sort the number 3 by size.

Game 9: Number Line. Use the number line to write the missing number.
