Time Capsule is a wonderful way to preserve a child's thoughts | feelings | fears | concerns etc. A great way to end a year and a wonderful surprise for parents to receive.

It is often easier for a child to put down on paper what they are unable to express in words and a time capsule exercise provides a safe space for them to do so.

This time capsule not only has information/thoughts for children to fill in but also gives them the opportunity for their creativity to shine through with included drawing activities.
