Description
- After observations have been taken and the percentage of time on task has been calculated, you can enter the data into a graph. Use the key at the beginning to go to the tab you need then just change the name to your student’s name, enter the correct subject, enter the correct dates, and enter the numbers. After everything has been entered, click on the graph, copy it, and paste it where you need it to go.
- This can be used with any method you use for doing a timed observation. I use an app on my phone called Behavior Observation Made Easy, which can gather 4 different types of timed observations, it will calculate the percentage for you, and you can save templates.
