I created these timed multiplication fact tests for my 4th grade students as opposed to using random fact test generators because I wanted to ensure that every fact was tested multiple times to get a sense of students' accuracy. I also wanted to have multiple forms of the same test to ensure kids weren't copying answers.

I give students 3 minutes for these quizzes (36 questions), which allows 5 sec/question. This is slower than I want them to RECALL facts, but appropriate, I think, for allowing them to write their answers down. Since I've begun using these, I get a much more accurate gauge on who knows their facts with fluency and who needs additional support.

I have included 0/1's-12's multiplication tests, Mixed multiplication facts and mixed division facts.
