This colorful daily log for parents of toddlers includes spaces for diaper changes, meals, naps, and activities. It is without lines or timestamps so that caregivers may customize the schedule to their preferences. Line provided at top of log for child's name.
Suggested Uses for Toddler Daily Log:
-For home use: Print and laminate. Use dry erase marker to keep track of your toddler's day. Wipe clean with cloth at end of day.
-For daycare use: Print daily copies to send home with parents.
-Use blank spaces to keep track of your toddler's day according to category (Meals: "10:07 a.m. Ate snack," Nap: "11:50 a.m. Went down for nap," Activities: "2:30 p.m. Storytime at bookstore").
This log may also be used for developmentally delayed children who are not yet potty-trained.

I love having this on hand because I take care of a child that has CF and her parents aren't together so this makes it easier to communicate with both of them and not forget anything.
