Description
This document allows for students to become accountable of their own work by tracking their own data. After the students receive their graded common-core aligned quizzes back, the students will graph their progress.
For example:
Say there are 10 questions on a quiz that you give ...
2 questions cover CCSS.6.EE.2
The student will outline 2 boxes (in marker) for the column representing 6.EE.2. Then, the student will use either a crayon or colored pencil to color in the boxes if the student got those questions correct. (If the student got 1 correct, 1 wrong, the student will color 1 box and leave the other blank.) The students will then use a marker to date the boxes.
Students can either have their own data binder or the teacher may collect these. The standards are listed on the second sheet in order for students to understand their strengths and weaknesses.
