Description

This is meant to be a user friendly data book, for you and your student to track their progress through the school year. As they master a skill.standard, the student gets to color in the box. I make one for each student, and place it in a three prong two pocket folder, with the index card holder as well. I write their learning goals for the individual child on the different color index cards, for them and me to reference. This helps individualize their learning and tracking their goals. I like to make notes and date the boxes, to use as reference for conferences, report cards, School base team meetings, etc. This product can be edited by you to fit your grade level needs. It is a great way to show the kids all they Will learn at the beginning of the year, and all that they HAVE learned at the end of the year. This book covers all subject areas, as well as some social and literacy skills. I hope this makes your life a little easier!
