This resource is intended for use in 8th Grade Math classes to teach Transformations on the the coordinate plane. This is a No Prep guided notes packet for students to use and follow with teacher led instruction.

Included in this resource is a notes packet of 4 lessons on transformations on the coordinate plane, as well as a page of Board Work. This resource can be used as a stand alone unit or as part of an interactive notebook. I print each unit packet for my students to use as their daily notes. By the end of the year the students have created a full binder of notes/examples/foldables. My notes packets are designed and used in my classroom like an interactive notebook without the cutting and gluing process.

The 4 lessons included in the packet are:

1st Page: Board Works/Do Now/Bell Ringers - 14 solving equations as a daily start to class.

Lesson 1: Translations

Lesson 2: Reflections

Lesson 3: Rotations

Lesson 4: Dilation

Included as well is a completed solution guide for the entire packet that is color coded and easy to follow if needed.
