Students are given a function in all three forms with the same transformation(s). They must list the the transformation(s). Then they are given the parent function and must write a new function with the given transformations.

Great activity for comparing how each function transforms from it's parent function as well as reviewing all three types.

Helps students see that the transformation rules for all three functions are the the same.
