Description
This lesson covers transformations on a coordinate plane. The lesson starts with some notes and then goes into activities where the student will use patty paper and wikki stix to find translations, rotations and reflections. Dilations are graphed on a final activity page with a quiz over all the transformation immediately following. Students learn how to use coordinate notation to describe the transformation. After the keys, there are demo pages that can be used to project the transformations to walk students through the problems.
