Description

Ready to get your student soaring through their treble clef note reading skills? What better way than the tried and true: Flashcards!

While these are specific to beginner violin playing, they are not limited to that!

Print the two page set for your students on separate pages (I'd recommend card stock if you can so they cannot see through to the back as easily), have them cut out the boxes (and keep the two extras just in case!), and then label them on the backs with letter name or finger number (or both).

Remind your students that labeling the front of the cards doesn't make them anything more than answer cards and that's not what we're going for here! We want them to guess before checking.

You can give your students a baggie or envelope to hold these in for use whenever you feel like assigning in class or at home practice time!
