INSTRUCTIONS: Students figure out each note name, and then place that letter in it's corresponding box. This worksheet is self-checking because only the right answers will correctly complete the code at the bottom.
This includes notes on the treble staff, with no ledger lines.
An answer key is included so you could easily leave this for a substitute to do.
This is meant to be a quick activity. I usually use it as a station that only takes 5/6 mins.
