This is a great project to summarize teaching triangle properties. The concept can also be used for an end of the year project. One of the highest levels of learning is being able to teach other students. You can have your students teach others about what they learned through creating materials. The file includes an example of a pop-up book, magazine, and rock book. Many students also created animated story books about triangles to teach the lessons to children (i.e. a story about Scalena the scalene triangle who is bullied for having unequal sides). This project encourages creativity while teaching triangle properties. I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised by what your students create!
