Are you looking for geometry math centers students can do independently and are aligned to first grade math standards? This resource will do just that! Each center is game-based or a hands-on-activity.

No worksheets, no coloring pages, no busy work, NO FLUFF!

These centers are great for math workshop, spiraling content review, enriching kindergartners ready for first grade content, and reviewing first grade content for second graders. And, they are perfect for when you're being observed!

Center Titles:

  1. Stick Shapes: Students draw a card and use play-dough and toothpicks (or other materials) to make the shape. Then students record their work on the student recording sheet.
  2. 2D Shape Go Fish: Students practice the names of the shapes and identifying shapes by name in this fun filled Go Fish game!

Each Center Includes:

  • Directions card with title, directions, material list, and topic (standard)
  • Playing cards if applicable
  • Student recording sheet for accountability and to check for understanding
