I use this activity to review two step equations, clearing fractions, clearing decimals, and two step equation application problems.

Using communicators I print each sheet on a different color of paper. Students work in pairs to race to complete the problems. Once they think they have the solution one student checks it with me. If everything is correct, they go on to the next color paper in their communicator. If it's incorrect they go back to their seat to find the error.
