Description
Students will solve ten problems with two-step equations. When they get their answer they will look at the bottom of the box. Whatever answer they got they will find on the presents picture. The color at the bottom of each box is what they will color the coordinating box on the picture with presents. Students may color the words however they like.
This is a fun way to review two-step equations and color a picture! This also makes a great substitute plans activity or a review before the Holidays!

--Answer Key with only correct answers

Perfect two step equations practice for December

This was a perfect quick practice activity for two step equations. The directions were clear, students stayed engaged because of the color by number format, and it worked great as an independent practice or small group option. I also love that it feels low prep but still checks for accuracy and shows me who truly understands the steps. Great freebie to keep in a December math rotation.
