Description

This no-prep, ready to print Two-Step Equations Partner Coaching Activity is all set up and ready to go for any Math classroom. This resource contains TWO VERSIONS- One set with negatives and one set without any negative numbers. This activity is based on Cult of Pedagogy's Reciprocal Learning model.

How to use this activity:

Each paper has a list of hints and the answer to their Partner's assigned questions. While Partner A is solving their question, Partner B can provide coaching hints from the bottom of their paper along with checking the answer when Partner A is finished. After Partner A is finished solving the first question, Partner B solves their first question while Partner A coaches. If students finish before the allotted time, they can work together to complete a Collaborative Challenge.

This coaching partner activity is great for reinforcing the concept or for struggling learners.
