Description
Student partners solve separate distance rate and time word questions and get the same answer. This lets them have immediate feedback. When the answers don't match, it gives them the opportunity to do a task analysis and find the error.

Thank you for sharing this resource. I like how you save copies with the half sheet.
This was a great resource for my students. Very easy to follow!
It is really a unique way to teach Rate Distance Time word problems. I'm embarrassed to say that my teaching partner and I cannot get the answer you posted for number 4. :/
The second person, Paul, drove for 2 hours at 50 miles per hour. Since the Mike and Paul drove the same distance, Mike drove 100 miles. Mike also drove 3 hours more than Paul. So Mike drove for 5 hours. They are asking for Mike's rate so 100/5 = 20. Is this what you had trouble with or did I mess something up on one of the other papers?
This looks amazing, just what I was looking for. I can't wait to use it. Thank you!
