I am always looking for extra resources to add to the learning experience, and interactive notebooks are the best.
This is a great activity for my students to do in class. Also, it is a great resource for them to keep in their journals.
I like this graphic organizer/foldable. Unfortunately, I never get to finish Evolution during the school year!
I personally found this resource very useful as it saved me a lot of time in searching for material. It was quite straightforward with my class and very nicely laid out! Thank you :)

I wound up using this activity for a grade younger than it was intended for but the students had no trouble using the resource. They loved it and it was a great way to help them remember what we were learning about in science at the time.
I love using interactive materials like this. They are great for students because it engages their creativity as well as their knowledge center. Because they are able to hear, see, and do, they seem to retain the learned information better than without activities like this. I most definitely plan to use it again with my next class.
