This is a 33-question examination of students' understanding of basic integer (rational number) concepts. Concepts related to rational numbers covered within this exam include: the relative size, comparing and ordering, absolute value, charged particles, temperatures, adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, categorizing positive and negative scenarios, the coordinate plane, and equations (bonus questions). You can either print this 4-page assessment out to be photocopied for the students, or upload it your school's various computers and have the students complete the exam right on the computer. The bonus to having the students complete the exam directly on the computer is that Excel will self-correct the test for you.
