Description
Do you work with students who struggle with anger, despite having counseling, anger management, 504 plans, etc? It might be time for them to develop a new relationship with their anger! This is my favorite lesson I’ve done because it was inspired by the great Black feminist author Audre Lorde.
This is a 4 page worksheet developed by a mental health professional (me!) that leads students in grades 7-12 through practical and written exercises to help them learn how to understand and use their anger.
This worksheet was done in Google Slides but is traditional 8 1/2 x 11 size and is fully editable. You can download it as a pdf file if you’d like to make it fillable.
